This pastel drawing on the left is of my Golden Retriever Gizmo, I did early this year. I thought this picture fitting to post here, as to me, Gizzy's sunny, friendly nature can brighten my darkest of days every time. In this drawing, I've sketched him heeling from a photo taken two years ago. The other picture on the right I did recently.

Oil on canvas board.
A painting. In honor of lkhend who is sick and needs art to help heal. (art always helps me so I think it must work for everyone else).
Guess who. I just wanted to put an older painting here. I did it in oils about 25 years ago. It is the barn of a good friend of ours. There is a horse looking out the window. I've passed by there many times and there really was a hole in the barn with a horse sticking his head out.

| Hi Everyone...
...couldn't stay away and was curious how this now, non-premium weblog entry works.
...see the new profile pic? "Borrowed" from spinksy. It's her Cuba reminder. Love the colours and simple lines.
...seems we can download pics! Great, shall we start anew?

| Rose Cottage
Below is my pastel of Rose Cottage. I did an ink sketch of exactly the same view of the cottage not so long ago, which I posted here in ArtExchange. ~ Marion
